1. Parties

7. General provisions

The Tenant confirms that the property is being taken on a company-let basis. The Tenant must pay rent when due, keep the property in a tenant-like manner, comply with all lawful obligations of occupation, and ensure its occupiers act responsibly throughout the tenancy.

The Landlord will remain responsible for the usual landlord obligations relating to the structure, services, safety compliance, and any other legal duties attaching to the tenancy.
